HOW TO FILL OUT AN ENTRY FORM
Easy steps to entering exhibits into the fair:
1. Look through the exhibit pages and decide what you would like to exhibit.
2. Remember to read through the rules so you enter properly. Improper entries will be disqualified.
3. Completely fill out the entry form. There are two different entry forms one is for 5-8 year olds and the other is for youth and adult.
4. Enclose appropriate payment.
5. Mail to Otsego County Fair, P.O. Box 500, Gaylord, MI 49734 OR put in the black drop box mounted to the Fair Office at 124 Shipp St.
7. Entry deadline is August 6, 2013.
8. Be sure to fill out all appropriate forms. A list of forms can be found below.

Youth 5-8 years of age are non-competitive classes and no premiums are offered. Youth 9-19 years of age are eligible for premiums; open exhibitors compete for up to three placing per class.

Everyone entering the fairgrounds must either have a pass or pay the gate fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Entry Day - Sunday, August 18, 2013
1. Check the Fair Schedule for times to bring animal exhibits.
2. Bring your still exhibits to the fair between noon and 3:00pm.
3. Pick up your entry tags.
4. Tag your items and take to the exhibit building.
